CUSTOMER HORROR STORIES
2007 Horror
This home was built in 2007. Drainage was not installed in the building. The building has already started cracking.
Damage was $21K because construction was poor and the building needed piered and drainage.
Cracked Wall Horror
The lady at this house called 2 years ago when the problem was just beginning. It would have cost $4300.
Now, this house has dropped because she did not listen. It required 8 piers at a cost of $777 a pier and drainage at $4300.
Also, if she had listened she would have paid only $4300.
New Construction Horror
This lady talked to us 4 years ago when she was about to purchase a new home. She decided to go with another contractor.
Not only did they not solve her problems, they tore out her $20K sprinkler system and didn't finish the drainage job.
She contacted me afterward and said she should have listened after she heard about me on Craigslist.
Hidden 2 X 4 Horror
This is a picture I took secretly of what some contractors do. They have installed wood 2 x 4's in the footing.
This footing will give because of the wood 2 X 4's instead of steel. The 2 X 4's will biodegrade and 2 X 4's are not
made to go in concrete. This house has no chance from the start and the buyer will never know.
This is the house that the buyer will never know about
Mud Horror
We take up many pipes that are clogged just like this one. Many home owners and landscapers think
they know what they are doing but they end up like this. This was a waste of time, money and effort.
Gravel Horror
This is a job that I took a picture of that someone paid a contractor for and its 100% wrong.
Whoever installed this knows nothing about drainage.
Hillside Horror
This house in Pulaski county has a major drainage problem. I tried to explain what we needed to do and what needed to be done.
He did what about 1/3 of the people do that call us, try to get enough information to do it himself. There's only one thing wrong with this,
its 100% wrong. This house will have foundation failure within the next 3 to 7 years. Everybody thinks you just dig a hole
and bury a pipe. You must understand how drainage engineering works. THIS IS JUST WRONG.
